"Plastics", a fitting name for a material that can be formed into countless variety of shape and it is commonly referred as POLYMER.
Plastics, or polymers are synthetic materials derived mostly from fossil fuels, such as Oil, Coal, or Natural Gas. Think of polymers as chain of many molecules in which each link of chain is made of elements such as Carbon, Hydrogen. Oxygen and / or Silicon. To make the chain, individual links are joined together through a process called "Polymerization" and this process is similar in the theory to the linking together of many strips of construction paper to make paper garlands. The type of atom in the chain and the way they linked together is what gives the plastics that is created different characteristics, such as Strength, Melt Temperature, or others.

RESINS DESCRIPTION & PROPERTIES
PMMA (Acrylic)
Polymethyl Methacrylate
Acrylic (PMMA) has outstanding resistance to long-term exposure to sunlight and weathering. It is a hard, rigid and transparent plastics. It also has the excellent Optical properties and is more resistant impact than glass.
In addition to excellent optical properties, Acrylic has low water absorption, good electrical resitivity, and fair tensile strength.

HI-PMMA
(High Impact / PMMA)
Impact-Modified PMMA

GPPS
General Purpose Polystyrene
GPPS General Purpose Polystyrene is low cost member of the plastics family. It is clear, hard and brittle. It has a relatively low melting point. Typical Application includes Protective Packaging, Containers, Lids, Cups, Bottle and trays.

ATTRACTION OF A-PLAS GPPS SHEET
A-PLAS GPPS Extruded Plastics Sheet provide advantages include hardness, Rigidity, Optical Clarity, Dimensional Stability and Excellent Processibility.

PS
Polystyrene
PS Polystyrene Extruded Plastics Sheet is a versatile plastics that can be rigid or foamed.

HIPS
High Impact Polystyrene
HIPS is generally recognised as the best styrenic material for Load Bearing Applications.

ABS
ACRYLONITRILE - BUTADIENE - STYRENE
ABS is an easily machines, tough, low cost rigid thermoplastics with high impact strengths, ideal for turning, drilling, milling, sawing, die-cutting, shearing. ABS Plastics is composed of ACRYLONITRILE, BUTADIENE and STYRENE in varying proportions, combined by a variety of methods including graft copolymeriztion and physical blending.

ATTRACTION OF A-PLAS ABS
A-PLAS ABS Extruded Plastics Sheet provide a balanced combination of mechanical toughness, wide temperature range, good dimensional stability, chemical resistance, electrical insulation properties and ease of fabrication.

HDPE
High Density Polythylene
HDPE is used to make bottle for milk, juice, water and laundry products. Unpigmented bottles are translucent, have good barrier properties and stiffness and are well suited to packaging products with a short shelf life like milk. Because HDPE has good chemical resistance, it is used for many packaging household and industrial chemicals such as Detergents & Bleach.

ATTRACTION OF A-PLAS HDPE SHEET
A stabilized A-PLAS HDPE Extruded Plastics Sheet with an even more unique combination of features:
Stiffness, Strength, Toughness, Resistance to Chemicals and Moisture, Permeability to Gas, Ease of Processing and Forming.

PETG
(UV & NON-UV)
PETG Extruded Plastics Sheet is Sparkling Clear, Chemical-Resistant, Versatile, Easy To Work With, and Affordable. It represents the new standard in design freedom for making products ideally suited for used in Displays, Signs (Indoor & Outdoor), Fixtures, Point Of Purchase Items, as well as Industrial Products for Various demanding plastics sheet applications.

ATTRACTION OF A-PLAS PETG SHEET
A Stabilized A-PLAS PETG Extruded Plastics Sheet with an even more unique combination of features:
Excellent Clarity, Ease Of Forming & Fabrication, Long-Term Outdoor Durability, Toughness (Impact Strength) and Fair Cost.

PC
Polycarbonate
PC Polycarbonate is a strong, tough, and rigid thermoplastics. In addition, they have a ductility normally associated with the softer, low-modules thermoplastics. They are transparent materials and resistant to a variety of chemicals. Typical Application include the following: Safety Shields, Sunglass Lenses, CD, Cell Phones & Pagers, Helmets, Glazing, Electrical Relay Covers, Components, Boat Propellers, and housing for hand-held power tools.

TPO

Impact Strengths:
TPO offer superior cold temperature Impact over Acrylic,ABS and RIM.

Part Durability:
TPO can withstand real world "wear -and-tear"
No need for predrilling of screwholes.
No crack propagation

TPO production applications:
Types of Automobile Parts , ATV Roof , Cargo truck side skirts, Air Compressor Shroud and others...

INDUSTRY APPLICATION
Advertising Industry, Lighting Industry, Automotive Industry, Furniture Industry, Technology Industry, Electrical Industry, Architecture Building Industry, Building Construction Industry, Packaging Industry & many other Inudstries.
