Thermoforming converts a flat thermoplastics sheet into more complex dimensional shapes by the use of heat and pressure, which involve the heating of thermoplastics, by choosing the suitable materials (The product surface quality is largely depends upon of that sheet materials) to a particular temperature and soften it.
